FlagGuessr, CapitalGuessr, BorderGuessr, Country of the Day, PopulationGuessr, and all other games on this site are for entertainment and educational purposes only. Game scores, streaks, and results have no real-world significance and do not constitute any form of certification or assessment.

The site design, game mechanic implementations, original written content, and the compiled structure and arrangement of country data on this site are owned by Jose Maria Serna Navarro, operating as GenerateCountry.

Flag images are public domain government works sourced via flagcdn.com. Individual geographic facts, as raw data points, are not claimed as proprietary. However, the selection, arrangement, and presentation of that data on this site is original work and is protected accordingly.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site to:

• Automatically scrape or crawl country data, game content, or any other material from this site at scale.
• Commercially republish or resell the site's compiled dataset or any substantial portion of it.
• Reverse engineer game logic or data structures for use in competing products.
• Misrepresent this site as an official government, embassy, immigration authority, or travel advisory source.

6. Disputed Territories

This site covers territories whose political and legal status is disputed internationally. Inclusion of any territory does not constitute a political position by the operator.
